Out of Trás-os-Montes, Portugal, these two projects based in Bragança wander into the more Underground fields of Black Metal.

Íngreme delivers its debut recordings in the form of four tracks sung in Portuguese, in a more nostalgic sonority, focused in long forgotten times of Tradition and Pagan pride.

Insomnia Pálida brutalizes us with a rawer and aggressive sound ripped from a tormented soul. With a few works under its belt Insomnia Pálida proves to be very varied within its own field, presenting something new in each of its manifestations. The five tracks present in this Split are probably some of the must crude I had the pleasure to listen so far.

Desta feita apresentamos um lançamento partilhado entre Íngreme e Insomnia Pálida, em formato cassete e estritamente limitado a 50 unidades.
Saídos de terras de Trás-os-Montes, estes dois projectos brigantinos deambulam pelos trilhos do Black Metal mais Underground.

Íngreme apresenta-nos o seu trabalho de estreia, na forma de quatro músicas cantadas, quiçá declamadas, em Português com uma sonoridade mais nostálgica, focada em tempos idos de tradição e orgulho pagão.

Insomnia Pálida brutaliza-nos com um som mais cru e agressivo saído do inferno de uma alma atormentada. Já com alguns lançamentos na bagagem este projecto mostra-se bastante variado dentro do seu mundo, havendo a cada registo algo diferente a apreciar. Os cinco temas integrantes deste lançamento são talvez dos mais crus que tive o prazer de ouvir.
